In my youth, I enjoyed playing sports, and as a teenager I began weight training. I loved the results and how it impacted my life. As an adult, I became a personal trainer and studied exercise science. I knew with my experience and background, I could assist others with learning how to work out and keep their bodies moving. Teaching people how good they can feel, as well as helping them to get physically and mentally strong, is rewarding to me. I am currently furthering my education in Holistic Human Sports Nutrition, so I can help my clients even further. I believe a total mind and body connection through proper physical movements and superior nutrition will always keep us ready for anything life has planned for us.
