As a lifelong athlete and gym goer, I decided to end my corporate career in 2015 and pursue my passion of helping others with their health and wellness goals.I currently hold a Personal Training certification from NASM, with specializations in Senior Fitness and Fitness Nutrition. I value functional fitness based training and traditional resistance programs, but also use a combination of high resistance, interval, and circuit-based training programs to allow the client to gain strength and burn calories.
