I am a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Certified Jillian Michaels BodyShred Instructor. I love training and am passionate about helping my clients reach their goals. I love to incorporate weightlifting, kickboxing, interval training, and core stability into my personal training sessions. I’ve trained clients on an individual basis as well as in boot camp settings and I love to take clients to a new level of fitness while making it fun.
