Chick-Fil-A is so good, it beats out Chik-Fils B-and-C combined.
And, with one bad Chick-Fil-A joke down, on to their healthiest menu item: the hash brown scramble bowl. This relatively new breakfast item sports a delightfully high protein content while remaining relatively low in calories for what you’re eating.
It’s probably the eggs (of which there are a lot) that do it, filling the bowl up with nutritional proteins. Topped off with cheese and chicken nuggets or sausage, this is 460 kcals, 29g fat, 21g carbs and 31g protein you’ll enjoy, start to finish.
Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl
Chipotle, by virtue of their menu being predominantly Mexican food, is actually a healthier fast food option, in general, than anything else. Even so, some meals are just built better than others, and our favorite item on their menu has to be the Chicken Burrito Bowl.
Clocking in at a respectable 500 kcals, 42g protein, 13.5g fat and 57g carbs, not only is the Chicken Burrito Bowl delicious, but it’s jammed full of healthy fats and very good for you.
Taco Bell Power Menu Veggie Bowl
Our second bowl, the Power Menu Veggie Bowl is rich in protein and low in meat-eater’s guilt, if that’s your preference.
Sporting a tasty combination of black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and rice, this is a filling meal with a hefty 16 grams of protein. For vegetarians, it’s an option that will keep you feeling full for longer. For everyone else, it’s a super healthy fast food meal that also happens to be delicious.
With 480 kcals, 18g fat, 64g carbs, and 16g protein, this is an extremely nutritious option and one we’re already looking forward to eating again.
Burger King Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Sometimes, diet or no diet, all you want is a chicken sandwich.
Luckily for you, your diet and your sandwich don’t have to be mutually exclusive anymore. Burger King’s Grilled Chicken Sandwich checks in at just under 400 kcals if you skip the mayo. Made with white meat chicken, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes, this is a healthy sandwich that delivers on flavor as well.
McDonald’s Egg McMuffin With Apple Slices
Of course, fast food menu list would be incomplete without a mention of our boys under the yellow arches, McDonald’s.
With the introduction of Mickey D’s All Day Breakfast Menu, health-conscious fast food lovers now have the opportunity to get McMuffins whenever they want. And there’s nothing better on the menu than an Egg McMuffin. 300 kcals, 30g carbs, 12g fat, and 18g protein make for a nutritionally sound but light meal and something that you’ll get that same great fix from.
