My passion for training came from competing as a high school and college athlete. I enjoy learning the many benefits of proper nutrition and physical conditioning. I believe a positive attitude coupled with education and motivation are three key areas to living a healthy lifestyle.
When designing a clients training program, I look at four key areas; current nutrition, activity level, flexibility and age. I specialize in functional programming, bodybuilding, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, movement screening assessments, nutrition consulting and a combination of body weight and resistance training.
